My young niece recieved this Ty Beanie Baby Dora the Explorer for her 3rd birthday along with Ty Beanie Baby Boots and a homemade Dora the Explorer fleece tie-up blanket. She was so excited that she decided it was nap time right then and there. Ty Beanie Babies are well constructed and are still great collectors items. We have several in our home and they will be here when the grandchildren begin to come, too.

My daughter is a small (3 yr old) Dora fan, she loves this doll. It's small enough for her to carry it everywhere she goes. I love its small form factor, does not take much space wherever it's needed to keep my daughter engaged.
Go for it, small enough to be with your kid all the time and durable enough to survive their love...

Hello!
A gift to my 2 1/2 yr old niece, she drags it everywher, she is big on what is current on Nick Jr. She is a Gabba Generation for sure, so Old School Dora was bit of a shock? Who knows what little ones find really entertaining? Dora thing is a good bet! if your shooting in the dark?

I purchased the three Dora, Boots and Swiper for my 15 mos old granddaughter for Xmas. They quickly became her night snugglies. She has to have them to go to sleep. She is starting to watch the show on TV. The whole concept of Dora the Explorer is wonderful! It is such a great learning show, and to have the characters adds to the fun. The dolls are small enough for a little one to carry. The next purchase will be the "Backpack". I just can't figure out which one to buy. Any suggestions?
